At CSIRO, I applied CX and Service Design principles to develop a robotic configurator for autonomous rescue missions, ensuring operators could effectively interact with the tool in high-stakes scenarios. I designed user-friendly interfaces while performing full-stack development using Angular 7.0 and Electron, delivering a cross-platform desktop application. My Service Design focus ensured the tool met operational needs, enabling robots to navigate hazardous terrains with precision and reliability.

At CoreLogic, I led CX and Service Design for a $ 200,000 developer portal migration from 3-scale to Drupal 7 with an Apigee backend, focusing on streamlining customer onboarding. I mapped the onboarding journey, designed comprehensive page layouts using Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and translated concepts into static HTML with Bootstrap 3.7. I collaborated with a Drupal developer to ensure a frictionless experience that enhanced user satisfaction and accessibility.

Lead the CX and Service Design for a developer portal migration at CoreLogic, from 3-scale to a new platform with a budget of $200,000. The primary goal was to improve and streamline the customer onboarding experience.
